Where do our emotions originate? Our Emotions are divided into 3 Main Groups.

Biological Factors:

  • Brain Activity: The limbic system, a region deep within the brain, plays a crucial role in processing emotions. It includes structures like the amygdala, hippocampus, and hypothalamus.
  • Neurotransmitters: Chemical messengers in the brain, such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, influence our mood and emotional state.

Psychological Factors:
